Don’t apologise for delays.
We often get customers apologising for taking so long to get back to us regarding accepting quotes or artwork proofs.
Reasons range from being pedantic about their logos or colours, or they’re in the middle of a logo change to needing a committee approval, and a myriad of other reasons.
And this is what I tell them. They should never apologise. We, at Levella Promotions, would rather spend more time getting it right, than getting it done quickly and possibly you or your colleagues or committee aren’t happy.
We like and prefer the personal touch. We prefer to brainstorm ideas, do other mock-ups, present options, and quote and requote as much as needed, so that when you press that button, you’re totally satisfied and haven’t felt rushed into placing an order.
So next time you want to change the quantity of notebooks, the colour of the notebook, the size of the tote bag or the lead time of those pens, please feel free, ask away!
